Onoweb builds websites and applications for small & large businesses.

- (Electronic) contact details: email address, address

- Photos, visual materials
- Special categories of personal data (National Registry number)
- The company for which you may be submitting a request
- Your preferred language for communication with us

Information found on publicly available sources (such as LinkedIn, the website of the company on whose behalf a request is made, etc.) may be combined with the information provided to us by the data subject.

3. What is the data used for?

4. On what legal basis?
Onoweb relies on various legal bases for processing your data.
Onoweb processes your personal data following the signing of an agreement, quotation, order confirmation, or purchase order, with a view to preparing or executing the services.
Onoweb may also request your explicit consent to process your data.
Additionally, under certain circumstances, Onoweb may rely on legitimate interest.
If you do not want your personal data to be processed in this context, it will not be possible for us to enter into or execute the service provision.
5. Who might we share your data with?
Onoweb will only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the realization and execution of the service provision.

8. Appropriate technical and organizational measures
Onoweb has taken appropriate technical and organizational safety measures to prevent, as far as possible, the destruction, loss, falsification, alteration, unauthorized access, or accidental notification to third parties of collected personal data, as well as any other unauthorized processing of this data.
In this context, Onoweb pays special attention to the security of computer systems, utilizing, among other measures, strict password management.
We require all our service providers to have appropriate measures in place to maintain the security of your information. Under no circumstances can Onoweb be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the erroneous or unlawful use of your personal data by a third party.
Security and management procedures are reviewed regularly in accordance with the latest technological developments. Onoweb stores your personal data in its database on a secure server. Access to the database is restricted to authorized individuals involved in processing the data.
9. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to access your personal data free of charge at any time and to exercise your rights listed below.
9.1 Right of access, rectification, and restriction
You are free to decide whether or not to communicate your personal data to Onoweb. In addition, you always have the right to request Onoweb to access, correct, supplement, or restrict your personal data.
9.2. Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten)
You have the right to ask us to remove your personal data from our database. However, this right may be limited due to legal obligations. You acknowledge that if you refuse communication or request the erasure of personal data, certain services may no longer be deliverable.
9.3. Right to object
You have a right to object to the processing of your personal data for serious and legitimate reasons. Furthermore, you always have the right to object to the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
9.4 Right to data portability
You have the right to obtain your personal data provided to Onoweb in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or to transfer it to other controllers.
9.5. Right to withdraw consent
Insofar as the processing is based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent for the further use of your personal data for a specific study. However, this right may be limited due to legal obligations or the necessity to preserve it in archives for further scientific research. Following validation of your request, your personal data will be removed from Onoweb's database.

A request may be refused if it is unreasonably repetitive or systematic.
9.7. Automated decisions and profiling
The processing of your personal data does not include profiling, nor will it be subject to automated decisions by Onoweb.
