It can. Often one direction is enough, for example from your website into Teamleader. When you also need data back in your webshop, we build the connection both ways.

Yes. We connect Teamleader to WooCommerce, to custom webshops and websites, and to existing custom software.

If an existing integration covers it, you are better off using it: it costs less and you do not have to maintain it. A custom integration makes sense when your webshop or software is not in the Marketplace, when you want to pass your own fields along, or when the ready-made option misses exactly that one part of your process.

Both. The integrations run through the Teamleader API. Which objects and fields are available does differ per product and per plan, so we verify that during the intake before promising anything.

We build in logging, automatic retries and an alert when something goes wrong. That way an order or lead never quietly disappears.

A straightforward connection, such as forms into Teamleader, is usually ready in one to two weeks. More complex synchronisations across several objects and both directions take longer. After the intake you know where you stand.
